    How do I pay and is it safe to use my credit card?

    We accept Visa, Master Card, AMEX, Discover and PayPal for all ordering. Checks and money orders can only be sent through the mail. (Please note that payment must be received before any product is shipped out.) We use leading edge SSL encryption technology to insure that your personal information is completely secure.

    How long will it take to get my order?
    All orders are shipped USPS or UPS Ground. Please allow 5-7 Business Days to receive your order. If you select UPS next day, 2nd day or 3 Day, your order must be placed by 4PM EST on that day and it will be guaranteed to ship the following business day. Please note: If you are shipping UPS and looking for Saturday delivery you must call our offices at 877.234.3747 and specify. Keep in mind, UPS charges an additional $15.00 fee for Saturday delivery.

    What is your return policy?
    We will happily exchange or refund items that are returned in original condition within 30 days of purchase. If your return is received after 30-day from purchase date, a credit will be applied to your account.

    Refused and undeliverable orders will be refunded for the merchandise cost. Orders will be reshipped at the customer's expense. Please note that international orders that are refused will incur a surcharge that will affect any refund.

    How do I return an item?
    Simply send the item back with your full name, address, email address and daytime phone number. Just let us know if you would like another item in exchange or a refund for the cost of that item. There are no additional shipping and handling charges on exchanges and items are shipped out within 24 hours of processing your return. Please send all returns to the following address:

    All returns must be received in original condition. We recommend adding Delivery Confirmation to your shipment, as you are responsible for ensuring that we receive the returned item(s).
     
    What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
    If any package or items appear to have been damaged in transit, please send the item in question back First Class mail. Just let us know if you would like a replacement or a full refund. If you have any questions or problems please just email info@HipPurse.com or call Customer Service at

    How long does it take to receive a refund?
    Refunds are processed to your original form of payment. Once a return has been processed, a credit card refund can take up to 7 business days to appear on your account and refund checks are processed weekly.
